hair shampoo that contains no Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Why should I bother with this Lauryl Sulfate? Lauryl Sulfate is a chemical substance used in a shampoo, which acts as a cleaning agent. It removes dirt and oil from the scalp. Some studies reported that Lauryl Sulfate usage could induce cancer, so it has been replaced with another substance called ammonium sulfate. It has the same effect with Lauryl Sulfate but has bigger molecule so it does not penetrate through pores into blood flow and cause cancer problems. Although hair shampooing cannot be demanded to supply the most of extract for re-growing hair, but additional extract in a shampoo is considered an additional value. -It has no lauryl sulfate. After using The Body Shop Nettle Shampoo: -I like the smell of my hair. It’s just so feminine. -It did add volume to my hair and make my hair thicker. The Body Shop Nettle Shampoo is an ideal shampoo to be used daily and conjunct with anti dandruff shampoo. Dandruff in one of the hair loss cause, therefore it has to be cleaned from scalp to maintain healthy scalp condition. Dandruff shampoo usually causes dryness, that’s why I recommend not using dandruff shampoo everyday. Even the mildest dandruff shampoo (the one with additional conditioner in the formula) still causes dryness and dullness to hair. Here are the tips, use dandruff shampoo once every two days and use another mild shampoo in between. Additional tips in using The Body Shop Nettle Shampoo -Use also The Body Shop Nettle Conditioner. Apply conditioner on the hair shaft only. It will make your hair manageable and soft. -For additional hair shine, apply shine serum. The Body Shop Grape Hair Serum is recommended. -The Body Shop Nettle hair shampoo did not relieve itchy feeling.
