diet sounds scarry! I love eating whatever inside my reach. (doest it sounds familiar among women?). Then I realize my pear shape body was getting bigger. Instead of having a clear thought first, I tried diet pills, drank slimming tea and stopped dinner. It was a bad diet! It influenced my menstrual cycle and caused hair fall.
After I managed my eating habits and took hair treatment from professional, everything back to normal. I was trying to do my best to make hair grow. I wasn’t sure which one gave the best effect, is it the diet or the hair vitamin or the hair care treatment or both. I just focused on my alopecia to be gone. And I believed both diet and hair cares influence my hair health.
Here’s is what I did: I only eat half portion of usual my meals.I took only vegetables or fruit juice for dinner.I also have a daily supplement.
My body weight remains steady and I don’t get lack of nutrients.
I suggest you to be sure that these minerals are included in your food supplement: calcium, Iron, Folic acid, vitamin E and Potassium. Scientific study said that most women have lack of those vitamins and minerals. Iron has important role in hair growth.
Well, that won't last long! That kind of eating habit made me felt hungrier and ate in a more quantity.
Next trial, and this is what I did until now is I replace my breakfast and dinner with dietary drinks. I don't have to suffer from hunger and my body still still receive the suggested ammount of nutrition every day. I must admit that when I ate fruit juices at night, I easily gor bored. Besides, I did not paid a great attention on variety fruits. It was different when I took dietary meals (that can easily be found in nearby shops). They had a wide range of taste and the nutrition intake has been carefully measured.
This is what I did:
Breakfast time drinks dietary nutrition drink. Two portion of cookie snack can be eaten between breakfast and lunch. In my oppinion, cookies for diet can make your will's to eat drop (because the taste is not so good and you still have a full stomach after drinking the dietary drinks. At lunch, I ate usual portion of meals. Dinner is replaced with dietary drinks (again). The first time trial, in a week, I couldn't find my jeans as tight as before. In the next weeks after, I was getting used to my new eating habit so I didn't feel so easily tempted to eat. Food intake can interfere hair nutrition which can be lead to baldness. Hair got its nutrition from daily meals that distributed in blood. Apllying hair tonic can also add nutrient for hair when the ingredients in hair tonic penetrate trough pores. To get better result in recovering female baldness, a combination treatment can be done.
